Welcome to the World of Honey Fern Haven

Honey Fern Haven is a screen-free mail club created especially for kids ages 5–9.

Each month, a special envelope arrives addressed to the child and filled with a new adventure from the Haven. Mailings may include stories, puzzles, games, activity cards, tactile paper elements, character trading cards, stickers, and mystery gifts.

No. Honey Fern Haven is a children's mail club, not an art or craft club. 

Some activities may involve drawing, coloring, creating, or using imagination, but those are only part of the experience. 

Children don't need to be artistic or enjoy arts and crafts to participate.

Honey Fern Haven is a world filled with different personalities, abilities, families, interests, ways of communicating, and ways of experiencing the world.

Some friends are adventurous. Some prefer quiet places.
Some move quickly. Some take their time.
Some love talking. Others communicate in different ways.
Some like lots of activity. Others would rather sit beneath a tree and watch the butterflies.

In Honey Fern Haven, those differences aren't problems to solve.

They're simply part of who everyone is.

Our goal is to create a kind and welcoming world where children can encounter characters who may remind them of themselves, their friends, their families, or someone they haven't met yet.

Everyone is welcome in the Haven.

The last day of each month is the enrollment cutoff for the following month's mailing.

For example, an order placed by October 31 begins with the November edition, which is scheduled to mail on or about November 10.

An order placed beginning November 1 starts with the December edition.

We prepare our monthly mailings in advance, so orders cannot be added to an edition once its enrollment period has closed.

Monthly editions are mailed on or about the 10th of each month.

U.S. mailings are sent through USPS First-Class Mail. Because these mailings do not include tracking, we cannot provide an exact delivery date. Postal delivery times can vary depending on destination, holidays, weather, and other postal delays.

A special birthday card is included as a bonus with the 12-Month Package only, for both U.S. and International packages. 

When ordering the 12-Month Package, you will be asked for the child's birth month. We do not need the child's full birth date.

The birthday card will be mailed during the child's birthday month. Because we only collect the birth month, the card is not intended to arrive on the child's exact birthday.

Honey Fern Haven packages are prepaid, fixed-term purchases and do not automatically renew.

You may choose a Single Issue, 3-Month Package, 6-Month Package, or 12-Month Package. At the end of the selected term, the package simply ends. If you'd like to continue receiving Honey Fern Haven mail, you can purchase another package.

Because each month's materials are prepared in advance, cancellation requests must be received at least one full month before the next scheduled edition.

For eligible cancellations of multi-month packages, editions already mailed or committed to production are valued at the applicable regular Single Issue price. That amount is deducted from the original package payment, and any eligible remaining balance is refunded. Please see the individual product listing for complete cancellation and refund terms. 

Single Issue purchases cannot be canceled or refunded once ordered, because they are purchased for a specific upcoming production cycle.

Occasionally, mail can be delayed or lost while traveling through the postal system.

For U.S. mailings, please contact us if an edition has not arrived within 14 days of its scheduled mailing date.

For International mailings, please allow 40 days from the mailing date before reporting an edition as missing, since international delivery and customs processing can sometimes take longer.

We will confirm the mailing information and work with you to determine an appropriate solution. When appropriate, a complimentary replacement may be provided for an edition believed to have been lost in the mail.

Absolutely! Honey Fern Haven can be sent directly to a child as a gift.

Please enter the child's mailing information as the shipping information when ordering. The monthly envelopes are addressed to the child, which makes discovering their own special mail part of the experience.

Yes. Each package is intended for one child and is personally addressed to that child.

If you'd like multiple children to receive their own Honey Fern Haven mail, please purchase a package for each child. That way, each child gets the experience of receiving something addressed especially to them.

We only ask for information needed to prepare and deliver the child's Honey Fern Haven mail, such as their name and mailing information.

For the birthday card included with the 12-Month Package, we ask for the child's birth month only—not their full birth date.

Yes! Honey Fern Haven offers separate International Single Issue, 3 Month, 6 Month, and 12 Month Packages with international shipping included.

International mail typically takes approximately 14–21 days (2–3 weeks) after mailing to arrive, although delivery times vary by destination and may occasionally take longer.

Please select the International version of your chosen package when ordering. Complete international shipping, customs, missing-mail, cancellation, and refund information is included in each International product listing.

Honey Fern Haven uses a combination of creative tools, including AI-assisted illustration tools, in the development of some of its artwork.

The Honey Fern Haven world, monthly experiences, activities, physical materials, layouts, selections, printing, preparation, assembly, and mailing are developed and produced for the Honey Fern Haven Mail Club.
